The 3-layered tulle skirt uses more than 200 strips of individually cut peach tulle strips and is woven to the hem of the bodice by hand to give this royal gown a voluminous body resting on an empire waist. Each lavender and dark purple flower is chosen and attached to the bodice by hand, adorning the full front of the bodice making for a truly regal gown your little one will imagine reasons to wear over and over again.
