**Q: I can't find a way to get ahold of the seller. I purchased these with another item and it said they shipped in the same box, yet they weren't in there**

**Q: It says 2.1 inch circumference. That'd be a 0.66 inch diameter ball. Is that a mistake?**
A: the problem of this product is, the chains are so fast to broke, I just use them second time the chain is broken, it is not practical

**Q: Pictured is 2 balls. How many do we get. Also the personal videos do not match the picturs**
A: You can get two balls. What's more, what the video shows is wrong. Our product opens in the same way as shown in the product picture.

**Q: What country is this made in?**
A: I can't answer that question as there is nothing on the tea ball or included with it either.  Sorry I can't be of more help.  However, I do like the tea ball, and I am pleased with my purchase.
