Love this ginger root product. It is good as a tea but I prefer taking a tiny pinch and adding a few peanuts and raisins , really a nice little pick me up snack.

I use this for other recipes but this is great in tea steepers. I mainly bought this to make Asian sweet garlic seasoning. This is great to add to cookies.
