Since the last time I had that noro virus or whatever it is, I've been unable to lose an ounce. As my innards haven't been working properly since then either I wondered if it was "leaky gut" or some other immune problem affecting my thyroid. Energy levels have tanked to where I have to force myself to do pretty much anything.A few days into this product my body's again responding to exercise and a low glycemic diet. Instead of talking myself into the "chore" of moving around and doing things that need doing, I get a bit antsy if I DON'T.One in the morning, another at noon and I feel better but have no problems sleeping.Will revisit this after the second bottle is gone.

I know everyone's chemistry is different. I take no medication and was feeling fatigued and not enough energy to do all I wanted to get done in a day! Being a very active person from riding barrel horses, mowing yards, ours and my moms, I chalked it up to just being older. Was having chills in body temperature when I knew I wasn't sick also! Ordered this and have already seen a significant change in energy and waking up rested! Really hoping this continues to help in not being fatigued all the time! If you have a diagnosed problem, check with your doctor BEFORE adding a supplement as you don't know how it will react with you and your perscribed thyroid medication.I knew better but tried this anyway to sorrowful results. DON'T do as I did, do as I said above.

Arrived on time, well protected....I started them right away and I noticed a positive effect within days!! I've had low thyroid problems all my life.

So I've waited over 3 months to post a review, because I wanted it to be the real deal. Ive bought 3 bottles consistently of 'JoySpring thyroid support supplement' and I can 100% say for me they have definitely given me more energy & just more positive better outlook on the day because I sincerely feel better. Like I would lay in bed and have such a hard time getting up & it still can be trying at times but not near what I felt like over 3 months ago. I've also lost 11# woohoo!
