Revogi Smart Power Strip SOW014,controlled via Wi-Fi and LTE from anywhere, Turn on/off, schedule appliances, energy management, individual outlet control, Amazon Echo, Android and iOS compatible

This smart product is not always so smart. The purpose of a smart product is to handle stuff hands-free when needed. This product seems to randomly stop communicating with Alexa. It does me no good when I have to get up and get my phone to activate the product through the app in order for it to work. Also, I don't necessarily care for the USB ports being on the side of the unit considering that the side with the ports is pushed up against the frame of my bedside table and the ports are no longer exposed for use. I had to reset the modem twice, once to get it to work with the app and then once to get it to work with Alexa. After using the power strip for a few months I continually had to reprogram the power strip to get it to work at all, now (about 1 year later) it seems that the app does not recognize it at all. I even tried to connect it through AP and the internal wi-fi does not even show. Very disappointed with this smart power strip. This power strip has been nothing but trouble since day 1.

The problem is when the Wi-Fi disconnect power will shutoff and timer look not work right

Worked pretty good for a while. Unfortunately it seems that when their server goes down (like it did a few nights ago) it decides to turn off all plugs on the strip even though they're already on and programmed to stay on for several more hours. That is unacceptable for what I am using it. Also, when their server goes down you can no longer access your power strip via the app even if you're on the same WiFi as the power strip because it requires you to log into their server.Hopefully they fix these problems with a firmware and app update, but for now this product should be considered unreliable.

Firmware updates have significantly improved functionality. Currrntly have a handful around the house and they perform good

Really liked this power strip at first because it has individual power outlet switches. Unfortunately, this also has the least reliable wifi of anything I've owned. If you just want a power strip with individual switches for each outlet they are handy but expensive. I have found several alternatives for individual switched outlets with better cost and reliability.I contacted support to address the issues. The first email went unanswered, the second was a good response but nothing since. Do not purchase this product.

Current App and its ability to stay connected to WiFi is a significant issue. Yes I do have one of the top rated high end routers! This is the only device in the entire household that has issues.. The app worked for less than a day then I started to have issues and could no longer control via WiFi.

I had an older revogi bar that works flawless. I ordered these two bars and they will no retain wifi connection. Have tried to contact revogi for support and not getting any response.

Tried EVERYTHING!! Will NOT connect manually or auto....wasted couple hours....I'M DONE!
