Not what I was hoping for
I tried this one because it had better reviews and was cheaper than my regular brand. Big mistake these ones did nothing for me taking 4 a day. I got a bottle of my regular brand only take 2 a day and they are already working and I haven't been on them but a few days so I will stick with them.

Great Garcinia!
Have tried several different brands and found this to be have the best results, been using for over a year and not changed anything in diet although I was prone to eat less and be more satisfied with my smaller meals . I found it most effective during the winter months when activity levels are low, could feel the extra boost in my metabolism. I did take a break for about a month in summer and missed it. Inches lost
I don’t feel like my weight on the scale reflected the inches I lost. The garcinia cambogia really seem to help with loss of inches. I got lots of comments regarding me looking good. Which helped me feel better about myself

Diarrhea & Bad stomach cramps next day.
Threw pills in garbage. Every time I took one, the next day I was very sick.Guess that's how u lose weight, no thanks!! Tried it more than 1-2 times,same result. Do not buy, waste of time & money!
