does not take a charge. the usb part of the watch fits very loose. could not turn it on at all. does not show it is charging. sending back

I bought this for my mother after surgery and it never did work right. I live out of state and by the time she recovered from surgery and found a tech person to look at it and try to get it to work it was too late to get a refund!

Item was okay I guess if it worked correctly but it would shut down by it self and it would start up again with any control.

This is not even close to accurate.

The description fails to say that the watch only runs on a 24 hr ckock and cannot be changed. The band is very difficult to get on and especially OFF due to the strange clasp and if you're looking for a sleep tracker...well...this one lights up every time you move your arm so be prepared for bright light in the face. The App is so basic, it doesn't do much except give you basic data. The continuous heart monitor never worked. I tried it for 24 hours.

DISCLAIMER: This is a real review without compensation. I was given this fitness tracker as a gift for my birthday and it was dead on arrival. I tried charging it in my laptop and directly in a charger with a USB slot, and it never even turned on. It will be returned.
