Review: No installation service or customer service for a very complicated gadget - Very complicated to install. COMPANY does not give any assistance for installation. They simply send video and expect you to do everything. One part of the gadget is defective and does not work due to which we cannot use the remote control. There’s no way we can talk to anyone in the company. Total waste of my money. This one part is defective due to which the entire lock cannot be used.

Very complicated to install. COMPANY does not give any assistance for installation. They simply send video and expect you to do everything. One part of the gadget is defective and does not work due to which we cannot use the remote control. There’s no way we can talk to anyone in the company. Total waste of my money. This one part is defective due to which the entire lock cannot be used.
