This smoothie has all three, plus more (like sunflower and chia). I usually have this smoothie for breakfast, but it's great for lunch as well. I do add extra blueberries or blueberry powder just because blueberries are so healthy, and I love them so much. This does make a nice thick smoothie, but it isn't too thick for me (I use almond milk). If you want to thin it down a bit, just add more milk or water. The smoothie mixes up quite smooth for me, but I use a NutriNinja or a NutriBullet (by some quirk, my partner and I own both), but if you just have a garden variety blender, the seeds might be difficult to liquify. Some people won't mind this, others will. I can taste the chocolate in this smoothie, I can taste the blueberries, and I can taste the walnuts, which I think is great since I love all three. I love the taste of all three alone, but they are even better together. This smoothie is enough for breakfast or lunch for me, and I think it would probably satisfy most people. I'm not used to big meals, but if you are, you may prefer this as a snack, and be assured, it would make a very healthy and delicious snack. I just don't need the extra food or the extra calories. This would be too much to have as a snack for me, but we're all different, and we all have different needs. I'm so pleased with this smoothie mix that I plan on buying a lot more (I hope it's always available), and I plan on trying the chocolate-cherry-almond as well. Great flavor combinations and a fantastic smoothie. If you're into healthy food that is also delicious, you can't go wrong with this.

These are really tasty. I like the clean ingredients. They’re a bit pricey and each packet is actually 2 servings. However, I like them enough to repurchase and keep in my routine. I usually blend half a packet with 1 cup of almond milk and half a banana. Keeps me full.
