Compare with any other ceiling mount on the market...Heavier construction than others out there. Can be mounted into most basements. Call if there are questions about mounting the chin up bar. Comes with mounting lag bolts. Chin up bar bolts to (2) joists for more stability.

GREAT PRODUCT!!
My son loves it!!! We installed it ourselves...(maybe consider using a handyman). But we did it, and it is a GREAT Product!!! Very solid, not too many bells and whistles (which we did not need), and is perfect for the variety of pull ups that he does. 100% happy with this item!!!!
