Well made product, just what you need when travelling to Europe and Israel

Fabulous device except it didn't work in the outlets in Switzerland - the prongs were just a wee bit too fat. It *did* ft in the hair dryer wall mount unit in Switzerland (??). I absolutely do not understand the mechanics of that but I got by with a little help from my friends. Fit perfectly in Austria & Germany.

Bulky. I didn't think about that before buying it. I dunno why it's so bulky, either. My friend bought small, round, simple ones that do the same thing. Had to borrow one from her.

Product arrived as promised. We have not traveled yet to use it but will do so in a few weeks.

This device fried our phone charger.

Perfect as a gift item.
