They were relatively simple to assemble and look good in my nook. They seem to be decent quality and they look so good.

I purchased this set on the 31st October, which was a Saturday. But I was amazed that I received a call at 9am on the 2nd November to arrange a delivery for that week. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and warm and I know that my order was in good hands.On the 6 November, my order arrived fully packed in three boxes. Their driver phoned to let me know he was on route and was within the agreed delivery times. Despite being on his own, he helped me get the large and heavy boxes up my drive and into my garage.As we have finally finished building our Summer house, we unpacked the order, today. Everything is individually packaged and all parts were there, you can see it is well made. 95% off the furniture is already assumbled, but it was a little bit fiddly to put the arm on the side of the sofa and attach the table top, but it didn't take long to finish it and put on the cushions.The grey set is a beautiful colour, the cushions are thick and comfortable. The table is a good size and can be manually adjusted to a coffee or dining table. I would highly recommend buying from this company and after seeing the set put together, I can see why there are so many 5 star reviews.

My husband bought this for my 70th birthday in January 2021 as we haven't had a holiday due to covid19. Many people in same situation. The reason for purchase now as it was such a good price, the quality of rattan is excellent & the cushions are thick & comfortable. Unfortunately it is now covered for winter. Dealt with Club Rattan via emails having prompt replies ( these were just queries for myself) I thought we had a problem when we received the furniture when we were unwrapping so sent an email to Cinzia within minutes we had a phone call from her with an explanation with no problem. Kind & caring was my experience. I was very very impressed with everything. Thank you

Love this set. Thicker cushions than previous. Colour and comfort is great. Only one problem was that the one chair end must have been damaged in transit so there is a curve on the one arm rest. To much hassle to report it prove it etc so will live with it.

Very comfortable suite, arrived on time and the delivery guys helped to unpack all the furniture, even take the boxes and packaging away. The suite looks fantastic and the quality is second to none. Highly recommended.

Fantastic set, delivered on time, with minimum assembly required. Very minor problem on delivery, dealt with immediately and efficiently. Impressed with the superb quality and finish, particularly the thick cushions. Looks fab in our new summerhouse! Thank you
