Biodegradable Water Balloons Refill Kit 1000 pack + 8 Faucet Fillers

The product description says that this order contains 1,000 balloons and 8 faucet fillers. However, I only received ONE package of water balloons that contained 250 balloons and 2 faucet fillers. How do I go about receiving my full order that I paid for?

I got exactly what I payed for 1000 balloons very durable the kids and I tried them out before leaving a review packaged nicely and came on time just perfect for the price

There were supposed to be 1000 Balioons and 8 fillers. What actually arrived was 250 balloons and 2 fillers. What a rip off.

The fill nozzle was made for a fine thread faucet, did not fit on the garden hose.

Made a mess in the yard. Lawnmower took care of the big pieces. Rain made it all disappear.
