Bought it for my mom as a belated Mother's Day gift, as she will be beginning her third round of chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments for breast cancer this coming week, and will be spending many hours at a time sitting in a hospital chair hooked into an I. V. Port. She absolutely loved the facts that one side is cooler than the other side for when she will get hot flashes, the travel bag is also a perfect with the drawstring to make it really easy to throw on her bags, and most importantly to both of us the wonderful memory foam question which is then secured snugly under her chin with three buttons to hold it in place so it won't slip or fall. And of course the removable machine washable cover. I know she's going to use this for many many years, as I have all Faith she will have a full recovery. So I'm glad that it's durable enough to last that long.

got this to help me sleep upright after a surgery, it definitely keeps your neck locked in place and i would recommend it

I realized a few days before my long flight that I did not have a neck pillow. This came just in time and worked great!It is a stiffer memory foam, which may not work for everyone but it worked for me! I had the middle seat next to two strangers, and it kept me from drifting too much to one side while I slept. The firmness also makes it hard to stuff back into its travel bag. You must use some force to get it in the small pouch, but it does go back in. But it kept its shape and did not go flat!I got it in pink and it was super cute. Overall satisfied.

I love how it can be compressed - & the memory foam can get back to shape too.I am yet to use it on my upcoming trip to actually experience it’s comfort

Nothing pillow about this item. Just a very solid rock with no flex or softness. Waste of money!

The media could not be loaded. This is pretty fluffy and comfy, and it was easy to roll up into its carrying bag. Unfortunately mine had a manufacturer flaw and it was uncomfortable so I’m returning mine. There are 2 hard little spots that stick out on the front of this where my chin/cheeks hit.

I bought this for my mom while she gets physical therapy. What a great comfy pillow . Very comfortable and portable. It came in a little travel bag. Very stylish. I might get another one just for me to have around the house .
