H2O Wireless $30 Plan SIM Starter Kit | 6 GB of LTE Data + International Talk & Text, Yellow (H2O-30 SIM BUNDLE)

This was the hands down worst Amazon purchase. i have mafe. I have used H20, buying the sim at BestBuy no with no issues. However, this purchase requires activation through a third party (see photos) and they indicate it takes HOURS. I activated and waited. No service. Called both numbers - first one inbox full, second was a google voice number with no no service. I activated a second time directly with H20 but had to pay 30$ for the monthly unlimited plan and two days later I still have no data - even H20 couldn’t activate it. Nightmare. Never again. I needed data to use gps app for driving. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This sim was advertised as being loaded with a $30 30 day unlimited package. I have used it in December 2016-18 while visiting the US for Christmas with no problems. Gave it a five star review.However, this time around, it kept asking me to upload a package (which it is already supposed to have). I spoke to Amazon and they sent me another one. Same issue. I decided to bite the bullet and load it with a $30 package. Now I can't get my phone configured to use it so now I'm out $30 to H2O Wireless and $19 to Amazon not to mention being severely inconvenienced. I hope that Amazon will refund me. I tried giving it 0 stars, but couldn't.UPDATE:I finally ot it activate by H2O Wireless after about 6 calls and several different cs persons. I later saw the sim for $1 at Target. So this cost me $30 plus $19 at amazon rather than $31. I would still use H2O, but I will never buy the sim packagge from Amazon again.

Dont get lured by the law price, this sim card does NOT come preloaded with $30 (or any other value). It cannot be avtivated. H2O customer support is terrible and would not honor the service claiming the sim card doesnt have any. Just had to waste several hours trying to make sense of it and have them honor what they advertise, but no dice.Dont make the same mistake. I'm writing to save everyone from wasting their time

This is the second time I ordered an H2O 30 bundle card from and sold by Amazon. This time turned off phone then I activated the card by phone, then I put some in phone. Then power on phone and when asked for sim pin, I used my phone unlock pin. Service came onto H20 and worked perfectly with calls, data, text, and MMS. Seemed to easy so I called to confirm my service. It was all there like the current listed $30 plan . The balance shows less as that is for international calls that are not part of the included countries or countries where cell numbers are not included. Example get unlimited to land lines and call to cells would come out of the balance.

This was NOT preloaded. I had to pay again to activate this card. The obky reason I bought this was because I thought I was already buying a plan. When I opened the SIM it said that I had to reload money onto and activate it. I'm so pissed because I bought two. There are cheaper options, there is a $1.99 best you get this one or order it from the site because the SIM is free and you pay half the price for the first month! Ridiculous!

Claimed to b pre loaded with $30 month plan. I bought 2 of them. They came today ,I tried to activate the first 1 & it said sim number does not exist so I spoke with live chat & the company said the number came back N/A meaning it was not a legitimate sim number & could not b used at all. They checked the number from the 2nd sim card I bought & same thing. Number does not exist. They r steadily ripping people off. I set up return but I'm also in the process of finding out who I need to file a complaint on legally,whether it b Amazon that has charges filed against for selling them or who because h20 wireless is not who they're coming from

It is not preloaded with $30 for this i have reached to Amazon Customer care Amazon told me for refund instead of investigating and stopping such product to show case on their portalfor the same i have reached to H2O customer care they again asked me to check with Amazon and Amazon customer care asked me to reach out to ManufacturerPlease help on this i hope some one will read review it should not go on spam.

I've used this company on the West Coast, several times now, on trips home back to the States. Clearly in the picture and heading, it says comes loaded with a $30 6G prepaid package. When activating the service, I was told it clearly did not. after arguing for so many minutes, I finally gave up and paid the $30 on top of overpaying for the card.You can find on their same page, the option to buy the 3-1 sim card only for less than $2. Coverage is mostly fine, if there are Sprint/t-mobile towers nearby. They also allow their data to go really fast, so plan on buying more data than you think you'll need for a month.
