Bought this item on June, 17, 2018. Worked exactly as expected. My wife and I do Craft Fairs/Farmers Markets and had purchased this item to power an LED light and a oscillating desktop fan on occasion for 4 hours at most. Would only drop to 98% or so. Worked great up until a week ago. The lamp was the only thing plugged in and it shut down. Assumed it was the bulb, replaced the bulb, no luck, Put in the old bulb, plugged it in to the other socket, light came on for a second and shut down again. There is a Power Fault light indicator on the station. It was red when it went out the first time,. Recharged it in hopes that would solve the issue. Now Power fault is green still no power to the 12 outlets. Lists as 12 month free safety and warranty, order details claims 18 months. Will follow up with manufacturer and post results.Update 1-10-2020:I will have to say this company has the best customer service I have ever encountered in my 50 years on this earth.The product was perfect for our needs and had no issues until it died. After this initial review, they contacted ME (them NOT me) to see if they could rectify the issue, asking for video to see if they could trouble shoot it. They later followed up with a second e-mail when I still had not gotten around to sending them a video (probably 2 weeks). Shot a short video and finally sent it off. They responded almost immediately that what was happening was not a standard error, and to ship it to their US after market/repair facility.After probably a month of a busy schedule and searching around for the attachments for the power supply (which I never found) and a couple of follow up e-mails from Ellie, I finally sent it off. I actually felt bad that I was not following up as proficient as they were. After shipping it, within 4 days had a new one shipped to my home.I would have guessed I was out of warranty and just had to accept it but this company has gone above and beyond in my experience!. I can not say I have ever seen another company give this much towards customer service.

I was disappointed when my unit stopped charging in less than a year and contacted the seller via Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised when they wrote back in less than 24 hours and asked me for photos or a video showing the problem. After making a quick video using my phone and sharing it with the seller they quickly got back to me and asked me to ship the unit back to them for further testing. They got back to me only a day after receiving the unit and told me that they would be shipping me a replacement unit which I have since received. My only concern is that the new unit came full discharged which is not good for lithium batteries. Lithium batteries do not like staying at 0% or 100% charge for long periods of time. However, I was able to fully charge the battery and everything appears to be working properly. For a no name brand I was really happy that they stood behind their product and I applaud their customer service for being super responsive.Update on 4/2020. I stand by what I originally posted about the customer service but unfortunately one of the units died again. This time it seems like the AC inverter died. Like some of the other reviews, my unit was hardly used. I use these only for emergencies and it is disappointing they're just not made well. I suggest getting a Jackery or Yeti instead.

This review is more of the company's customer service more than the product itself. I bought this unit in Aug of 2019..went bad Aug of 2020, after one year of light use. Probably 10 or less charge cycles. Anyway it would just not charge anymore. The A/C charge light showed green (Full), but 0% charge. I saw some info state a 12 month warranty but my purchase receipt showed 18 months. It was just a year and a few weeks over in age. I emailed the company and they stood behind 18 months firmly, no trying to dodge out of their commitment. They sent me a free replacement after sending my old unit in. $270 was a lot to spend and get so little use...glad they are a reputable brand! Hopefully, the other unit was just a lemon and I am able to get some real use out of the replacement.

I like the amount of charging ports this little power bank has. Was working great for the first 3 months. Randomly stopped charging. Will update once customer support reply’s back.

This is a nice device. I've used to for a small electric hedge trimmer and backup for a refrigerator during a power outage. In both uses, it performs admirably. It came with a full complement of accessory cables as well, not mentioned in the description.I have not been able to use it as much as I had wished though. It is unable to power larger power tools. Some back and forth with the very responsive and open (kudos!) seller revealed that the true peek wattage of this unit is around 580W, nowhere close to the "theoretical" 1000W listed here and by sellers of identical units.

Owned this portable battery for exactly 2 years and used it around 6 times to run a portable speaker. It is now failing to operate. It turns off at around 89% and won’t turn back on. Now when plugged into a wall socket it shows nearly full but completely powers off when unplugged from the wall.

Good power source and plenty left over after camping trip. However, it does not include a 12v dc plug as well as the car battery jumper cables adapter.UPDATE:Purchased the Moongo Tool 60W Foldable Solar panel to charge the power station. The solar panels come with MC4 cables connected, but this power station did not have the MC4 connectors to connect to it. However, the power station does come with an adapter with open wires that can be attached to the solar panel MC4 connectors. Might purchase a connector kit to make sure the wires snap into place firmly.

We purchased this last summer to keep small electronics (phones and tablets) charged over a week long summer camp. Four adults used it each night for seven days to fully charge three iPhones and one Galaxy. The full charge we put on the device right before camp lasted the whole week without recharging it.Now it resides under my desk as a UPS for my Mac Desktop, great value.
