If you are talking about the standard digital watch time, the instructions to set the date/month/year are on Page 9 of the User Guide. 1. Hold down “TEST” until the numbers begin to blink. Then, push “TEST” to toggle through the numbers.2. Push “SECTION” to increase number or "START” to decrease number3. The format of the date is YY-MM-DD

No, we do not have watch for extended time. Sorry.
