Excellent product and works very well. If only it had an All On/All Off button as other similar products do, it would be perfect (hence one star removed). I also bought the competing INTEY Wireless Remote Control Outlet Electrical Switch for Household Appliances (see this link INTEY Wireless Remote Control Outlet Electrical Switch for Household Appliances Battery Included ) which in fact DOES have the All On/All Off feature and also has a 15A rating instead of the Lionel's 10A rating. But I ended up returning that one as it was of poor quality with one button that didn't work at all, and 3 more loose/poorly connecting buttons. The Lionels product looks very well built with solid contact on the buttons and a smaller more elegant remote control to boot. Here are some of its nice features:1. Plug positioned so as not to block unnecessarily the 2nd outlet on a 2-outlet device (the biggest complaint of the "best-selling" Etekcity Unify brand)2. Each outlet is clearly labelled as to which switch number it corresponds to (though it can be reprogrammed if necessary)3. Good range.4. Small elegant remote controls and nice to have two (can use them as duplicate remotes for 5 outlets in the same room) or split the system into two smaller independent units of 3+2 (easily reprogrammable for this) at a cheaper cost than buying two separate units.

Love this item! I had one of these for over 10 years and I accidently spilled coffee on the remote and it stopped working. So, this is something that I have grown to deem a necessity for me.lol I purchased this Lionels Home Wireless Control Outlet and it is GREAT! Now, I have a remote to shut off all the lights on my night table and there is another one for my husband to do the same. Beats having to get out of bed everytime you want the lights on or off.

arrived on time and when taken out of the box, worked perfectly. No set up, just ready to go. Just as described. The only con is how they were delivered, UPS. the package looked as if it had been run over by the truck plus, it was left on the street in front of the house.
