Q: could this fit a full frame camera like a Nikon D600? Not a crop sensor one

I think it might be a bit small for a full size camera

Q: How water resistant is this bag? How about 15 minutes, in parking lot, mild sprinkling rain?

I think it would be fine under those circumstances. I use it for my oxygen tank so I am not out standing in the rain but it is a heavy nylon so it should be pretty water resistant. I hope this helps. They are a nice quality.

I think so. I love it for golfing, sightseeing or just going to the park with my grandson.
