This product is best to use on an empty stomache, first thing in the morning, before breakfast,or at night before you go to bed.The first time that I took this was over 10 years ago. After I gave birth, I was feeling really weak and I took this every other day. The good thing about this is that you can take it with juices, milkshakes, milk, water anything! Just use a half a spoon to a spoon full in the cup of whatever it is you are drinking for about an hour and drink as usual. Try to make sure that you drink enough sugar because it lowers you blood sugar. If you have any kind of circulation problems be prepared for the tingly creepy crawly feeling wherever! The first time I did it I almost stopped until I realized that was only a reaction that it was helping me not hurting. This thing is really good as the website and pamphlets says. Good for almost anything. I guess this is due to the healing crisis. Anywhere the problem is in your body, it is going to tingle even hurt but it works. I reccomend it for arthritis, hair growth, anemia, eye problems,hearing issues, and many many more sicknesses and diseases. Just remember to drink plenty of liquids anywhere from 1 liter to a gallon a day if you are going to use it. Best to use if you have blood clots. It helps to cleanse your entire body even you liver but BE VERY CAREFUL, if you have bleeding problems. If you do, you should probably use it sparingly, once or twice a week or not at all and you can also ask your doctor before you take any of this.

I've been taking Terramin for years, and it's just the best kept secret ever. I never get sick! Considering that I have pulmonary fibrosis, that's quite unusual. My immune system is in great shape, and the fibrosis hasn't progressed in several years. (I don't know if it's because I'm taking this, but it's a good reason to continue.) I can say that it does boost my immune system! It's tasteless, and blends well in liquids. I highly recommend using Terramin.

The minerals in here are easily absorbed. Good for teeth. I rub it into my teeth at night and it relieved my cavities. Almost seemed like it rebuilt some enamel. Read up on this type of essential product. It is amazing.

Recommended by my chiropractor. It seems strange to "eat dirt" but it is well documented that we are all in need of minerals. This product somehow acts to detoxify. It can't hurt you and it seems to help.

So we had another brand that a close friend told us about and the only reason I did not purchase for my brother is because the company had to change their labeling to reflect animals but it no longer states for humans even though they said the product has not changed. I read the reviews and they were positive so I had it sent to my brother in NY. He was complaining of his stomach bothering him probably due to eating out too much not eating as healthy as he should.He took it for a few days and he said he felt so much better and his stomach seemed to calm down. I am an RN wanted him to see a doctor but unfortunately he doesn’t have health coverage at this time and he wasn’t complaining about anything such as seeing blood or pain but more of being tired all the time and not feeling like himself. Said he remembers feeling this way after something he ate while out. Perhaps whatever toxins he had in his body this clay took care of it. This is not to be in the place of seeing a doctor but for him it was an option to try and it worked.

This stuff is incredible. My Doctor has been fascinated to watch a cyst on the bottom of my foot decrease in size just from taking this every day.
