Tagua Gunleather Right Handed S&W M&P Compact Inside Pants Gun Holster

Decent holster for the $$ and free shipping. Three star rating is because of 3 minor issues. 1. The holster arrived "smashed" almost flat on the muzzle end, guessing it was in a large pile or something the at factory being it shipped in a stiff clear package that was undamaged. This issue made the holster very difficult to break in due to the stiffness of the holster. 2. When the firearm is fully seated in the holster the muzzle protrudes about 1/4" and when using this holster the bare steel of the muzzle will touch your skin if you don't tuck in your shirt, but you want the holster to touch skin as it aids in keeping it in place. 3. The steel belt clip is quit a bit thinner, as in not as wide as my other brands of IWB holsters but it seems stronger in gripping a belt. All in all i would buy this again.

I am pretty satisfied with this holster. My only complaint is that it's very snug, and even after a couple months of staying in the holster it hasn't stretched or loosened up yet. I haven't trid to put any softner on it yet, that would probably help. As of right now, I don't feel confident in my ability to quickly draw my pistol, but the quality of the holster itself seems to be great. I have a S&W M&P .40 in the holster, and I have to put a thumb over the top of the slide to keep it from pushing back when I insert it into the holster. Another thing is the clip itself is very rigid and locks tight onto the belt. This is great for keeping it in place, but getting it off your belt requires a bit of force in prying it back.

PROS:Fits my M&P 9c with safety very well NOT overly snug as others have commented. Very Comfortable as I am currently wearing this holster over 12+ hrs per day. Easy to re-position were I need it. End of Mag sits just above the belt line for a very confident draw. This holster paired with a Heavy Duty Bison Belt is a perfect match.CONS:Only reason it received a 4 star is the metal belt clips is weak and has already been stretched out and I've had to bend it back. If I continue to wear this holster for EDC I will replace this metal clip with real spring steel.

The holster is not too bad, especially for the price. It fits my mp9c very well and is fairly comfortable. Even when driving its not too bad, but you do have to get used to it. My only issue is that this holster smells really really bad for some reason. Almost like rotten tuna fish. The smell even clings to my pistol. I have tried soaking the holster and exposing it to the air and sun oitside but nothing will remove the fiahy smell of the leather. Anyways this holster will sufice until i get a crossbreed.

The holster was what was described on line but it would not work for me. I cancelled the order with the company and was told to send the item back and I would be given a credit or an exchange item.The item was returned next day but it took almost 2 weeks to get any response from the company. When I gave the company a poor review and requested Amazon to get involved the issue was resolved in less than one day.I have since ordered a replacement thru Amazon and I am happy with the order.

This is a surprisingly usable holster for the price. Fits snug and has held it's shape. I didn't experience any color bleeding, which can be a problem with some inexpensive holsters from other parts of the world. The leather isn't as thick as that used by some of the big name holster companies, but the price is about a third and the quality is awesome for that price.

No. This item DID NOT meet my expections--not even close.It does not fit my piece properly. It racks the slide when I insert the piece--a totally unacceptable condition.It is apparently a holster for a smaller piece than mine, but there is no indication that there are multiple sizes.This holster is apparently useless for a full-size S&W M&P40. Also, there is no discussion that the "right-handed" configuration requires the holster to be worn on the right hip. I intended mine to be worn in the small of my back, which I've subsequently come to understand is a DON'T DO. Be that as it may, in the small of one's back, this "right handed" holster really is left-handed, in that the handgrip would be oriented for the LEFT hand.All in all, my most dissatisfying Amazon experience to date, other than when I ordered an X-box 360 back when they first came out, and you couldn't find them anywhere, and the order turned out to be a scam.

well made comfortable holster, priced right, fast shipping, could have had it faster except the carrier dropped if off at the local USPS which delayed delivery by another day, Weapon is very secure when carried in this holster and easy to get to if needed, this is the second holster I have purchased from Tagua and I am very happy with both.
