Detroit EGR Performance Module Series 60"The Ugly Fix" US Patent No. 10,001,087

I was very skeptical about all the claims made by this company. I figured it's only about $100 so even if it's worthless I didn't loose much. Let me tell you what I have never been more impressed with a product in my entire life. Every single claim and I really mean every single thing they said this Module would do it absolutely did. I was in shock the first week I had this product in my truck. No more smoking no more bucking. Makes easier to shift pulls better up hills truck runs cooler oil PSI increased a few points I immediately noticed almost 1 full mpg increase in my very first week. I cannot say enough good things about this product WOW. 100% accurate on all the claims they make about there product.Ok I’m reporting back after having unit on same truck for few years and 300,000 miles later I’m staring to have issues. Could be my truck is just getting old but last few months been loosing power and black smoke and sputtering came back. I bought new ugly fix module to see if old one went bad but didn’t fix it and now it’s getting worse. I have no power climbing hills and feels as if my turbo is not boosting to full capacity. Could it be from extra stress out on turbo since it’s always in boost mode? That’s what I’m thinking

This fixed my egr hick up and black smoke issie on my detroit 12.7l . Mechanic shop made me get a new egr for my freightlimer and the issue didnt get fixed . As soon as i installed this chip . My hick ups went away . A bit more hp and oil psi went up as well . I highly recommend buying this product

This product took care of the sputtering while accel and black smoke. We took the truck to a local shop numerous times for the same problem they replaced the EGR Valve first and it did not make a difference then they replaced the EGR Cooler and it continued sputtering while accel and when loaded. After throwing over 4000.00 into it and still having the same problem we decided to try the Ugly Fix and it is running better than ever. I highly recommend this for the Detroit 14L.

The coughing has quit and I’ve gotten between .5 to a full mpg better on every fill up. Worth the money so far

Fast delivery. Easyily installed the module.Immediatly could tell that it gave my series 60 a faster turbo boost and throttle response. Can't tell yet if fuel economy is improved. So far I'm satisfied with the product. Seems to be a power improvement if nothing else.

The "Ugly Stick" is not ugly. It is a "Beautiful Stick". Worked great on a 2004 Western Star 4900SA with D60 14.l engine. There is no hesitation on the throttle now. But would suggest to change pedal sensor. 👍

I have an 06 Columbia with the 14.0, it's been nothing but an underpowered EGR restricted POS from the beginning. I was hesitant on ordering this but I took the chance. It showed up today, took me about 15 minutes to install and then I had to go get my load. It feels like a completely different truck, instant throttle, boost is instant instead of choking itself til about 1400 rpm. It idles so much smoother, my oil pressure went from 47 psi at highway speed to about 60, my water temp went from a constant 200 down to 175 even fully loaded. We'll see what my mileage does next. Thank y'all so much, I'll definitely be spreading the word about your product!Fuel mileage update, my truck has been between 4.8-5.3 no matter how fast I'm going. Now it's at 7.3 and I've been running 70-75. Thank y'all so much, almost wish I had another truck so I could buy another ugly fix.2nd update !!!! Bought this for a 2005 freightliner, boosted performance and saved me on fuel!!! I went from spending $1200 in fuel every 2 weeks to about $800 every 2 weeks!!! I am super impressed
