Runs small
They run small most of them will not fit my fingers, I do have large hands. I use because I have trigger finger.

Don’t buy
They are horrible. I have small fingers and most of the sizes are very tight. There’s a seam down the whole sleeve that makes them stiff. I wanted to return them, but to do drop off would have costs more than the purchase price as all of the free options are further than I go on a regular basis. Don’t waste your money, look for sleeves with a seam around the finger and not one down the length.

They work while they last
for someone like me who has repetitive stress injury, Ehlers Danlos, carpal tunnel and trigger finger among other things. Unfortunately, you get "assorted sizes" and the small and small/medium sizes are completely useless to me. I end up having to get rid of them altogether and it feels like a waste of time and money that they do not offer individual sizes. I only managed to fit my fingers into the medium/large and large sleeves so I wish that I could have bought only those sizes. Update: I bought another 2-pack set despite my better judgment thinking there was nothing else out there. The first set of sleeves I had purchased had had several of the finger sleeves I could use unravel by themselves after little to no use. Also, they became incredibly dirty and eventually, I didn't feel the compression or else they were so tight they were cutting off circulation. The biggest problem was the fact that the threads started to come apart on their own. With the second set, I opened both boxes to find out that there weren't exactly 12 in each. It's not that I use all 12 because of the continuing "annoying" assorted sizes but I want to get what I pay for. In the end, I ended up returning them to Amazon and I've started using the following items instead: IMAK Arthritis Gloves http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004IZUDBO/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc=1 And even better, splints that come in individual sizes: Oval 8 Splints Individual Ring Size: 8 - Model 92728108 Apothecary Flents First Aid Insty-splint 2-sided Finger Splints http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AXVUELQ/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The last ones come in medium and large packaged together but I can fit both on my pointer finger. Still, one of the major problems of the Apothecary splints and these Fingers Sleeves is that the quality is poor and they don't last long. I wouldn't by them again. I'm sticking to my gloves as my number one option and my Oval 8 splints as my second!

A very handy item for Families & people playing Sports. UPDATE
Amazons prices are on the high side for this item especially if of the four sizes you only have a use for two of the sizes for my thumbs. They should offer these as individual sizes in packages of 25. I have found this item by Flents a very handy item for fingers or thumbs as they last much longer than cots do and provide a firmer support. I find them comfortable to wear for extended periods and they slip on and off easily. Remember to use the right size as the medium large fits well on my thumbs but at times I need the large size. They will fit snugly and shoud but should not cut off or retard circulation. Think of these as an Ace bandage for thumbs and fingers as the are made out of a similar material and do provide good support. I have been using them for about a year now but I have to find someplace cheaper to get them as I only use 7 out of the 12 in a package. I have seen them on the net for $3.83 which is a savings of $2.05 a package. Search around as they could be handy if you have a spouse or children who could use the sizes you don't need. If you are curious about these check with your local pharmacy but call first to see if they carry them and expect to pay about $6.50 in a store. ********************** UPDATED 09/18/2013 ********************** I have been using these since 2007 and I did notice the problem of the sewed seam beginning to unravel. I solved that minor problem using a method that someone else suggested(I think in one of the reviews of an email to me). I bought some Super Glue(not gel type) and put a little on each end of the seam. I wore one pair with this fix for about three weeks now with no unravelling. Now they are even better because I don't have to buy as often which makes up for the fact that I have no use for the two smaller sizes. All they need to do now is to sell them according to size. I need the two larger sizes as I have a supply of the smaller if I should ever need them. I do not downgrade my review but I Thank the person who made the suggestion. Tim

Helps the pain, but has problems
There are 12 sleeves in the box, only three are the size I need. There are small pieces of canvas with a large hem holding it in place. the canvas is beige the thread is white and is fraying. Using your hands thru the day, the splint gets dirty very quickly, and if you use water it soaks thru as fabric does and becomes very uncompfortable.. It does, actually do the job of pain relief, but the constant need to replace it, wash the one you just used plus the uglyness and unprofessional appearance is a put off for me. Willl look for something easier to use.

What a waste. Sizes are ridiculously small.
Don’t waste your time or money on these. The sizing is ridiculous. I guess the Chinese kids making these in the factory use their fingers to size them. I got these for my middle finger and XL barely fit my pinky finger. The material IS NOT flexible or stretchy. If you’re looking to cut the circulation off on your fingers then maybe this is for you. What a waste.

poor quality
The finger sleeves do help with the swelling but unfortuately the seams start opening up after one wear and some of the sleeves are so narrow that you would have difficulty fitting a finger into them. It states 12 each but it is in fact 12 in total. Delivery took 3 weeks.

Muy baja calidad
Me los puse una vez cuando me llegaron para probarlos y se empezaron a deshilar, además las costuras son muy grandes e incomodas.
