Blue and White Havdalah Candle

The candles are excellent, everything I expected. Delivery was very fast, sooner than I expected. BUT . . . they charge a very high shipping price, presumably because candles have to be packed carefully, but the only packing material in the box was an unused UPS padded envelope wrapped around the candles which they must have taken from a UPS supply desk. In other words they charged a small fortune for packing materials they got for free and in fact shouldn't even have been using since they did not ship by UPS. Although the candles are fine I feel ripped off.

I'mt still looking fir that candle that doesn't stream liquid wax all the place...

Drips a lot. If you have the tradition of having a child hold the Havdalah candle and have purchased this, you might want to invest in a wide brim candleholder.

My only comment is that it sets off the smoke alarm in our house. I'm not sure why.

I've ordered one or two of these in the past but only out of necessity, since our local kosher mart has very similar candles for half the price. Still, it's a great havdalah candle.

The candle is fine, but a bit narrower than I had anticipated ... shipping was good.

Very pretty! But- Burns down too fast. Burns more like a birthday candle than a Havdalah candle. Doesn't smoke, drip or sputter. Still wouldn't purchase again due to fast burn down.

This seller does not list on the site anywhere that I would be charged $29.95 in shipping for 6 havdallah candles. This is a scandle. (sp intentional for the pun) dumb I know but that is how I see the whole transaction. The candles barely weigh a few ounces a piece. the order total would have been about 7.00. I did not want to even put one star on what I think of this. I will give credit to the ability to cancel the order.
