Ad says one big patch and two identical smaller patches. The big patch is 10cm x 9.4cm, the two small patches are 8cm x 5.5cm. The 3 patches I received had a large, medium and small patch--much smaller than the 8cm x5.5cm.So the ad is misleading.Update: I ordered these 3 Red lip tongue patches for a 2nd time and it appears this vendor gives you whatever they want to give you as far as size goes. In this 2nd order I received one very large tongue that exceeds largest size description and 2 tongues that are at the largest described size--not what I wanted and paid for. Be Cautious and be ready to return if you can't make do with what you receive.

Iron on patches
The iron on patches fell right off after 1 wearing of the piece of clothing. I re ironed them on and they fell off again. The item also came with no instructions

was not what I expected
When I ordered the product I thought they were sequined or glittered but they were not.They are plain embroidered patches. I have to add the glitter myself so for that reason,I was disappointed.
