Wanted this for under my bench press setup. Good traction. Thin. Heavy.considering another one for under my squat rack

Wonderful, well made mat. Shipping was quick and well packed. Laid it out & weighted down the ends to help it lay down. It is also quite comfortable when doing floor exercises. My main reason for buying was the protection I needed for the rings. My children are like monkeys on the rings & the porcelain floor isn't soft. Thanks for a great product.

This is great for what I needed it for. I wanted a mat to put under my kickboxing bag, in order for the bag to stop sliding around (compared to the rug I had it under before). I was able to kickbox barefoot with no problems other than the mat could be much softer - it also has sort of a traction to prevent slipping. The mat is not sticky at all, like some reviews claimed. It is very thin though (see my pictures). It gets dirty fast but cleans up easily (please ignore my dirty footprints in photo, I had just exercised). This mat feels very durable and it is heavy. Overall I like this mat, I just wish it was thicker for comfort.

I bought this mat specifically for stretching out and doing kettle bell workouts in my living room.Been using it for roughly a week now love it.Large enought and it does not budge.Great!

I bought this mat because I wanted to be able to work out on carpet without slipping around. Overall the quality is good- it's heavy and seems durable for weightlifting and cardio workouts. HOWEVER. There is a sticky film on the mat that doesn't come off with normal household cleaner. If I was just lifting weights this wouldn't be an issue, but for any groundwork exercises, you get a sticky film on your hands that is just gross. I was able to put another yoga mat on top (which doesn't slip), and it solved the problem for now, but I might try a rubber degreaser or something because just ... ew.

I am very happy with this exercise mat! I was concerned that if I used it on plush carpet, being as thin as it is, that my feet would make lots of indentations in it and it would sink into the carpet too far. That isn’t the case at all. It’s a heavy enough material that it lays completely flat, and I can move around on it, completely unhinged. I use it with socks and tennis shoes, to do Tae Bo. I am very happy!

Wonderful mat, it is the largest mat I have use, just fit for my cardio workout, when I doing home gym, it keep me stable and anti-slip.

It's thin and covers a large area. There is no cushion but good traction.
