The extendable handle is sturdy, and it saves me from having to get down on my hands and knees. The non-scratch pads work really well on grime. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pivoting head can sometimes flip around a bit too easily when you apply a lot of pressure.
