Great addition to soups
I can't find this product anymore at local stores, and it has always been a great addition to miso soups and noodle bowls. One tablespoon goes a long way!

Great food for seaweed-lovers
Instant wakame flakes are tasty in soups and salads. Quick and easy to use, they add important vitamins and minerals. Best price around for this normally-expensive product.

These flakes are very good however they are pricey

Great for miso soup
A little goes a long way. So easy to use for miso soup. Just throw in a few of the dry wakame flakes and they grow 8 x their size! This is so much more convenient than the whole pieces I used to have to cut up and reconstitute in water before adding to the soup.

I love the taste and the way they expand within a few minutes in the boiling water, makes for excellent soup along with veggies or alone.

A bit pricy for wakame but it is organic and it is the Eden brand so you know you are getting the best quality. Always consistently excellent.

Add extra nutrition to even the simplest soups or gravies
I use this in many things. Rice, soups, bone broth. I feel like it adds extra nutritional benefit to all food.
