Awesome replacement! Comes with the two push pins you need to re-attach to the motherboard. Repair took all of about 15 minutes.A little post note about the installation is DO NOT push down on the fan center when re-assembling. The fit is REALLY tight and I ended up bending the center of the top of the fan getting it back in. It then began to hit the fan. Simple fix with a long screw driver and some leverage but it could have been avoided and could have caused more damage. I got lucky.Would definitely recommend this over buying the whole fan. Less expensive...

disassembly of the fan case required but worked great
little hard to install since I had to remove the small bolts however this worked great and made my computer quiet again..Just make sure to have come cpu grease handy as you will need to take it from its mount to take apart the case and install the fan.

It was easy to install and It got my old desktop machine back up and running again.
