Never enough to actually need something to get rid of them, Until this year.. Possibly One of the bags that I use for my life soil contained some larva, Or they just found a nice home in the moist soil— Either way it was getting to a point where I was noticing some leaf curling Which meant root issues. I tried every possible thing before this .. However, this was one of the three things I used that I consider that worked.. 1- spinosad 2- BTI- You can find it in a product called mosquito bites, Or mosquito dunks.. It’s a beneficial bacteria that the kills the larva .. Inoculate your soil and you’re good with the larva. 3- after Inoculating the soil , I used at this pyrethrum spray.. Only a little bit on the top of the soil.. Very small spray.. And then I sprayed some around the tent, Between all three of those, I believe that’s what got rid of them, So jus know it’s a three tierd approach- Definitely works for the adults, but you need something to kill the larva! That’s where the BTI comes in.. Use all three and will you will Decimate those fungus gnats! Review: No more spider mites! - Was ready to give up and start all over. Couldn’t get rid of the mites. Tried many natural and chemical methods to no avail. One can of this, and it’s been two months, and still no mites. Only thing I found to work. ## Features - For Use Only on Ornamental Crops and Growing Crops in Commercial Greenhouses - Pyrethrum TR is a ready-to-use ultra low volume insecticide fogger - Pyrethrum TR is used as an early rotational insecticide and is labeled for use on ornamentals herbs and vegetables and other indoor garden plants - It effectively controls aphids fungus gnats mites and whiteflies along with numerous other secondary insect pests ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B001H3IK74 | | Active Ingredients | Chlorfenapyr 4.5% | | Best Sellers Rank | #39,795 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #36 in Pest Control Foggers | | Brand | BASF | | Brand Name | BASF | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 671 Reviews | | Item Form | Spray | | Item Type Name | Fogger | | Item Weight | 2.1 ounces | | Liquid Volume | 2 fluid ounces | | Manufacturer | BASF | | Model Number | 59011861 | | Part Number | 59011861 | | Special Features | Biodegradable, Fast-Acting | | Specification Met | EPA | | Target Species | Insects | | UPC | 631589000251 804338118617 804338181116 | ## Product Details - **Active Ingredients:** Chlorfenapyr 4.5% - **Brand:** BASF - **Item Form:** Spray - **Item Weight:** 2.1 ounces - **Liquid Volume:** 2 fluid ounces ## Images ![BASF Pyrethrum TR Total Release Fogger - Botanical Insecticide - 6000 Sq Ft Coverage - Greenhouse Pest Control - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/811PBtGSHcL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: I have a problem with tiny biting mites in my apartment but have no plants or pets. Will this product help? (No, I don't have bed bugs) Thank you!** A: If the mites are biting you or your pets, you might have bird or rodent mites. They are very difficult to get rid of. Having this problem myself for months. Spray, vacuum, wash bedding and clothes. They can live months without feeding. **Q: Kills secondary bugs? Will this kill fleas in a greenhouse?** A: I believe so. Look at the specs on the company website **Q: Can you use this as an aerosol spray?** A: It is a fogger. Once the trigger is pulled, the entire can is dispensed. The instructions require you to leave the premises for several hours, as I remember. It would not work well as an aerosol spray. **Q: is the shipping per can ? If I order 5 cans is that 5 bucks shipping per can?** A: Yes. Amazon sets shipping costs and invoices the customers not us ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is what you need if you have fungus gnats.. *by J***. on September 19, 2024* *knock on wood* I have never had any pests other than fungus gnats.. Couldn’t get rid of the mites. Tried many natural and chemical methods to no avail. One can of this, and it’s been two months, and still no mites. Only thing I found to work. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kills all bugs with 1 treatment *by R***T on August 1, 2021* Used this product to get rid of a spider mites before they got really bad. Killed 100%, of my spider mites in 1 application. I set off the fogger and sealed it inside my grow room. I then let the fumes settle in the grow room for about 4 hours before ventilating out the grow room. I did get some damage to a plant that was a little too close to the fogger so be aware if you use this product next to your plants. After using it once id just make sure the fogger isn't coming into direct contact with a plant like I accidently did on my plant. Even after getting blasted by the fogger the plant only suffered minor damage so that's a huge plus. I'd only advise using this product in veg. Wouldnt be comfortable using this product while in flower. Overall it's a great product that will kill many bugs. Don't use this product next to any people or pets as it could do harm. 5 stars for the effectiveness of this product. If your having bug problems look no further! ## Frequently Bought Together - BASF Pyrethrum TR Fogger, Clear small - BASF 0804338123215 Beethoven TR Miticide/Insecticide - Pylon 59012595 Insecticide, White --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/4044136-basf-pyrethrum-tr-total-release-fogger-botanical-insecticide-6000-sq](https://www.desertcart.be/products/4044136-basf-pyrethrum-tr-total-release-fogger-botanical-insecticide-6000-sq) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
