Clean and tastes good!
Tastes really good! Mixed really well with cold water and was smooth. Was hard to find a post workout mix with no gross additives but I really like that this one has clean and simple ingredients.

It doesn't mix well. Gritty sediment towards the bottom. Taste is OK.

I usually let it settle for a minute to let whatever it is fall to the bottom and than it is fine.
Cataylst is my usual go to brand for protein powder so wanted to try their BCAA blend. The flavor and drinkable is on par with all their other products. It didn't mix as well and there is a slight grittiness that I'm not sure what it is. I usually let it settle for a minute to let whatever it is fall to the bottom and than it is fine.

Works as advertised.
I think Catalyst works well... it is hard to tell in an objective and provable way. No jitters, which is a plus since I drink coffee in the morning prior to my workout. I am going to keep using it. As for the taste, well it is not great but not awful either.
