Bigger than expected
Got this for my boyfriend. He was very happy with it! It was quite large, about as long as his index finger. I was happy that it wasn’t some small little thing, you never know what you’re getting! But this came with a little card of authenticity, and they even included a lovely little ammonite with the order! :)It is only half a tooth, but I felt like this was a great present, and he loved it!! I’m happy with my purchase.

Not as represented
The description states fossil megalodon tooth. This would lead a person to believe that it was an entire tooth. What you get is half a tooth. Even the description "it is cut on the bottom to lay flat on a desk" is not clear enough to make you realize that you only get half a megalodon tooth. Were it not a birthday gift for my granddaughter I would have returned it.
