Thanks** A: just are high enough for the L-sit. you could also hold at the bottom of the headstand with head hovering just over the floor, barely. I don't know if there is enough room for the rotation between L-sit and handstand, but I seriously doubt it even if you tucked your knees to your chest I think your feet would hit the floor. **Q: When doing a press up handstand, are they sturdy without shaking or sliding on floor?** A: Very sturdy, no shaking or sliding on the floor. Either the bars we constructed of plastic, stood too high off the ground--as if designed for an acrobat or gymnast--or looked as though they'd be vey uncomfortable with any extended use.
