Not sure what to say on the quality of this product as the taste is so horrible you couldn't possibly stomach it enough to get the recommended doses in to confirm the quality of it

I'm a retired senior citizen who still does consulting work, works out daily, plays golf, bikes and hikes. ProT Gold with the fiber (the +F) is a perfect way for me to lead in to my work at the gym or whatever exercise I'll do daily. I look forward to the flavor and take it straight in 1 oz. pours from the bottle. The benefit I've noticed is through a much easier recovery time following each workout.ProT Gold is good stuff and it's always a pleasure to talk to you guys on the phone.

Strong tropical flavor, but to be expected with a 1oz protein shot. Definitely need to chase it with water. Nice and easy way to get some quick protein in after a workout.

Three of the six bottles were leaking through the cap all six expire 10/2018. Since they are worth for one month dosis, four of them will expire before I can use them. I have bought this in the past and all the bottles had expiration dates 2019 and 2020

This stuff is so thick and tastes horrible if you can get past the taste it has great benefits but I could not!

This was recommended by my doctor post surgery. Truly an awesome product and much better than anything else I have tried. I honestly don't understand the criticism with the flavor. I really like the flavor; it's like a sweet/tart mango. Couple that with 10g of protein and 6g of prebiotic fiber per ounce, there's nothing else that even comes close. Usually, you have to take protein and fiber separately. If you want something functional, effective, and tastes great, get ProT.

Great taste. Simple to use, and no bloating or full stomach feel.
