Great for Grip Strength and a Fidget!
Such a great tool for anyone that needs to do something with their hands. I was advised to get this from my physical therapist to work on my grip strength. But my older kids LOVE to play with this and it is a great fidget when we read as a family.

Hand Putty, great for a broken wrist.
Helping me to get my fingers stronger and more flexable after breaking both bones that attach to my hand. I have a very long screw in the ulna and my hand is reattached to the bone with a triangle plate with 6 screws..I already have good bone growth and am.moving my fingers pretty good. This is good stuff. Thank you

Oily and too small
I have had a product like this in the past. This is too small of an amount to be effective. And, why is this so oily? Also, the X-soft is far from soft.

This stuff is very good for exercising arthritic hands and it's fun.

Works great!
I have week hands and my therapist used them during my visits, but did not provide any for my home use. I initially did not think that I needed them at all, until my hands got weak again shortly after my sessions stopped. I was easily able to progress through the stages, using the handouts for exercises to do at home. They really were necessary for the resistance I needed, and the same as the ones the therapist used as far as I could tell. On my bad days, when my hands are in a lot of pain, I am able to use the easier ones, then as the day progresses, I am able to get back towards the red one. If anyone has a therapist recommend them at home, or if anyone wants to strengthen their hands in general, I would recommend these. If you are already strong though, and want to work on better grip strength, I don’t think these are what you need, my daughter, who had no trouble with her grip, and who exercises frequently, was able to use the hardest of the two fairly easy. However if you need them for a medical issue that causes your hands to be weak for whatever reason, then these will work for you.
