I was disappointed to not have the assurance of the actual product ...
Although the Amazon description includes information that states that these plastic ice cubes are BPA-free, be warned that the actual product labeling does not make any such claim (although it does say that they are made with distilled water inside). I was disappointed to not have the assurance of the actual product label saying BPA-free. Otherwise, these ice cubes are similar to other plastic ice cubes I've purchased, perhaps even a little sturdier.

Great alternative to cool room temperature drinks
I bought these to put in my wine since we often have no room for the bottle in the refrigerator. They evolved into the "I don't want to water down my tea", or "I like my juice to stay cold." ice cubes. They keep the liquid cold enough to enjoy the drink without watering it down. No one in the house has complained about any kind of flavor difference such as a plastic taste. We just throw them in an ice cube tray & grab them as needed. We do not put these in the dishwasher (just our preference). Instead the cup & cubes are rinsed and then poured into a hot margarine bowl full of dish soap and water, stirred around and then rinsed thoroughly. This item is used in our home daily. I have had them for about 6 weeks now and they are holding up wonderfully. One comment my daughter had was, they didn't seem to make the liquid as cold as regular ice-cubes. The solution, I take a table knife and stir for about 30 seconds. Problem solved.

Fragile
Very easily broken. We had one break within minutes of opening and we weren't rough with them at all. It just start leaking. Otherwise I guess it was okay

Doesn't stay cold very long, but I like not having a watery drink!

Too good to be true
These things work when it comes to freezing them, but they don’t exactly get your drink cold. You’re just better off using a normal ice cube because these fakes take forever for your drink to even get cool.

It's not an Ice alternative but the Pros outweighs the Cons.
Pros - no diluting your drink- no harmful plastics used- Keeps drinks cold longer if already chilled- reusable if you dont have access to filtered water.- Multipurpose for Lunchbox chilling.Cons - Takes a bit longer to chill a room temperature drink.

Cold and quiet
Work great. They soften as they warm up a bit so they are very quiet in my metal cup.

These are perfect!
These are so reasonably priced. I've had mine for quite a while now and they are still in excellent shape. You have to wait just a tiny bit longer for these to get everything cold, but its really worth it not to have watery drinks. They're pretty too!
