I got this wand for Christmas as a gift to myself and it was amazing until I tried using it for the second time. I was halfway through styling my hair when it made a popping noise and turned off. I cannot get it to turn back on. Not sure what happened, so upset.

They came sonner then I expected. That's a plus. The heat up time on them are amazing. It's a lock on them to keep them closed. That's good for storing them.... in I love luv LoVe my hair after I used them!!!
