Great Non-Stick Cookie Sheet
I bought this cookie sheet to replace an existing cookie sheet of the same design (sans nonstick) purchased 20 years ago.On the first couple of uses, I noticed that the bottom of the cookies seemed to get a bit too done. Subsequently, I have lowered the cooking temperature by 25 degrees and solved the problem.The non-stick works fine - let the cookies cool a few minutes and you can basically spin them off the sheet with your hand.The non-stick coating makes the sheets a bit slippery and it is hard to get a good grip when flipping or removing from the oven.All in all, I am pleased with my purchase.

This is so slippery the cookies slid right off unless held perfectly level. It also dented the first use and wash.

Great Cookie Sheet
I have needed a new cookie sheet for some time now and this one is perfect. Finally I can make good cookies again!! Cookies bake perfectly and this pan is the perfect size to make 16 cookies at a time. Cookies almost slide right off the pan and clean up is so easy. I highly recommend this cookie sheet - you will not be sorry!

Great Cookie Sheet for the Price
I bought two of these pans. They seemed to warp a tiny bit after I used them, but they're still usable. For the price, it's not a huge deal. People complain about warping on pans like this and it's ridiculous. I think I paid around $8 each with free shipping.It cooked my cookies pretty evenly too. It's also very easy to clean, and the non-stick surface worked very well. I'm going to buy a few more next year.

My wife loves it. Says it is the only way to make cookies (and yes, I can attest to the results). This is our second one (takes too long to make cookies if you only have one pan, and once she had the first one, all the pans she had used for 40 years were no good). I wasn't too happy with the packing - it arrived with the corner bent but some gentle hammer work put it back in the right shape. So, 5 stars for the product, but (words to Amazon) pack it so it arrives intact or expect to get returns.
