I ordered this hose three months ago, and last week it burst. I new it was guaranteed, which is the main reason I took a chance with it, so I contacted the seller and he sent out a new one immediately. Yay! But as soon as I connected the new hose, and turned the water on, the new hose exploded and all the fittings flew off. I attempted to put it back together, but now it just pours water out of the area where the fittings are. I contacted the seller again, to let him know that the replacement he sent was faulty, and of course, I never heard back from him. There is no point guaranteeing a product if you're going to fulfill the guarantee with another malfunctioning product. It appears that all of the hoses he sells are very poorly made. Don't let the guarantee fool you...its useless.

this hose can not hold up to pressure or the environment. Rips faster then any hose I have ever seen. Plus the plastic on off lever broke first day I got it. This is not heavy duty.

Don't buy ...mine lasted only 6 months. The hose came off of the brass end. What a piece of junk.

Cheap made not at all like the description

pressure is low nothing beats a conventional hose for the pressure, also the hose exploded on me after two months with limited use. Not worth it.

Have used it about 6-8 times in 3 months and it has blown a hole already. Going into the garbage today. Was hoping this one would hold up!

Complete garbage. I had the first one replaced after using it 2 times and now my replacement is useless. These are not made to last. I bought this just to wash my truck with and it has seen no abuse. I will go back to a conventional hose.
