We bought this roller to replace our old worn out original roller on our shark NV370. Initially, we loved it because we could tell it was working much better than our old one. It didn't last long though. 1 month of use we started hearing grinding. Sure enough it was the roller.UpdateAfter contacting the seller about the roller breaking, they sent me out a new one at no charge. I added some stars to the review for that.

I believe this is a quality purchase, however, the installation is difficult, not due this products fault. The flaw is with the Shark itself. They-Shark- make it difficult, as you can observe on you tube. I will not be returning it, but I may need a mechanic to get the-Shark-back together. Please, do not waste a great machine-The Shark-due to a broken roller. Get it fixed. Let us be less be less wasteful!

Perfect match, but very challenging to install.

This was the right fit for my Shark NV8026. The included belts were the correct fit- I used one when I replaced the bar. The little tool for cutting hiar,string, etc. from the bar works fairly well. Seems like a quality product.

No problem, followed YouTube to figure out how to remove bottom of vac, must remove front wheels as there are screws hidden there.

Liked the fact that roller came with 2 belts and brush cleaner.
