I like this a lot, the only reason I took 1 star away is the hose is relatively thin, so it's only Guaranteed for 90 days, the other brand for 10 buck over the cheepest hose ,you can get a ''LIFETIME'' GUARANTEED & I have 2 of the LIFETIME ONES & just take the old hose any Home Depot or Lowes they will let you leave the old broke hose for a brand new one, (the hose must have a solid line & it likely to be Gold or any solid line means swap out for life time......I have swapped out over 8 times is the course of about a hose a year, so after I buy the hose with the solid line it's hard to beat a ''''Lifetime.Swap Out Warranty'''' . swap bad or even lawn mower cuts, & I never had a receipt or anything but the bad cut hose & get a new one every time.....SO This hose is far easier, Lighter and more convenient.... so if this hose brakes easy I will come back and take more stars away, if it holds up I will add the last star .started on 11-2017 will revise in 6-9 months.....

I am updating my review as the customer service from the company is excellent. They read my review and got in touch and are replacing the hose in addition to the refund. I will try again and if this hose lasts I will update the review again. As I said before, the concept is great!I received the hose at the beginning of June and absolutely loved it. Nice and light, covered a large area, perfect for my garden. With in 2 weeks it sprang a very small leak, not too bad and I thought maybe I had caught it on something sharp. Today it totally died 3 large holes appeared in the hose and it is no longer usable. So 4 weeks of use for almost $70, not worth it.

This is the third time I am updating my review of this product. I loved the hose, so easy to use; so lightweight and no kinking ever. However after less than 3 months use it made a very loud pop sound and it burst! Since it claims it never bursts I was quite upset about that. I contacted the seller and they have sent me out a new hose. I am hoping it was just a defective one; as I used the hanger that came with the hose, kept it hung in all day shade and the water always turned off if I was not actually using it to water my flowers. So I give it 4 stars because I loved the hose, and the customer service was very good, but one star is missing because of the claim it never bursts and that's what happened to mine.

It was fantastic. My wife and I both used it extensively last year. I removed the huge hose reel off the side of the house as we had just the simple hook to store this hose on. Before winter, we put the hose and hook in the garage for the winter.Last week, my wife got the hose out to clean off our back patio, and all was well. The next day, I went to use it, and it had a huge leak.I love the concept. I love the sprayer that comes with it. I'm not paying $40 a year for a hose.

I loved it for a while, the conveniece, the colors, the nozzle and the hanging hook . Then after just 2 months, during which it was kept in the shade, not left under pressure (in other words, it was babied), it burst where the fitting connects to the hose. I guess the reviews of these hoses in general are to be believed: they do not hold up for long. I would not buy this again, or any other expanding garden hose.

Busted on 3rd use. Giving 2 stars as it worked great the two times I used it on my standard home connections. When I connected to the ground line down by my pasture, it burst. Bummer. Actually going to get another and use it only for the home connections. If it doesn't burst - then it's significantly better than a normal hose. And great for my wife who has shoulder issues - this hose is so much lighter and easier to use.

Just received this hose in the 100' size.It took a long tome to shrink after use.It also seems a little weak in pressure.I will try it for a few weeks for my final analysis.

Good item, I would question that the length is as long as described but it is so light and flexible that it makes up for it. Much better than using a regular hose. Solid construction as well. ***. UPDATE. After a single,summer of use this hose burst along the side. So I am updating to two stars. Contacting the seller as well...
