If your dog ate you remote then purchase this. Netflix button works Hulu etc. I clicked all and went through all the menus on screen to make sure it would work. 100 recommend if you can't get a hold of original. The only difference is the material it's made with, the shell, one is shiny finish the other more flat color. Other than that. It works great.

My only complaint is that these remotes are dog magnets. Lol kidding my dogs sure do love the taste of them.All seriousness ... you simply put batteries in and BAM it works. No programing or anything.

We have 2 Samsung TV’s and lost 1 remote and started sharing remotes which was a pain since my kids are always changing what they watch. We bought this as a replacement. It came in 2 days of course and by the time it arrived we found the original. We popped batteries in the remote, pointed it at the tv and boom it worked with no set up needed. We decided to make this one the kids primary remote and put the original away since it was SO easy to access Netflix, Hulu and Amazon on this remote. This is way better than the original.

Despite it didn’t work the first one I got. I send it back for a refund and purchased a new one and it is working without any problems. I just pulled it out of the packaging and used it with my TV with no problem. This is as original remote as it gets

I bought a 65in from Walmart on an major price cut since it was used as a display. Only catch was that it was as is, meaning no remote. I figured I could just download a remote, until I realized the tv had never been connected to my home wifi. So I was home with a huge 4k tv and no way to even take it off of “demo mode”. Orders my remote. Got it in 2 days, and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. Literally just opened it and started using it.
