Nice addition to a Doctor Who collection.
A beautiful and nicely produced souvenir of Romana II from Doctor Who. Some good photos and drawings, that I have not seen elsewhere, so a nice item for a fan of Lalla Ward or Doctor Who in general.A few other reviewers seemed a little disappointed with the small number of memories and limited text, but I think it is similar to a number of collectors items, in that it may not please everyone. The print quality of the book is high and the photographs and drawings are reproduced well, despite it being a fairly thin paperback. As a fan of Doctor Who, with good memories of the 4th Doctor's era, this was a nice addition to the Doctor Who collection.

A nice collectible magazine, but not exactly a book.
It's a little collection of images/recollections with the proceeds going to charity. Basically half the pages are pictures/sketches from her time on Dr. Who, and the other half are recollections which range from a few sentences to a paragraph or two. One can zoom through the whole "book" in a single sitting. Think of it as a little scrapbook of images with a short comment to go with each.So far as the specs go, It's more of a "collectable picture magazine" than a "book". Measures 8"L x 8"W, but only 1/8" Thick. Counting the title page, it's 47 pages. Not exactly a mission critical item for fans to rush out and purchase, but it's nice to have. I purchased mine "used", so in my case it cost less than the full "new" price.

Not Much of a "Book"
Nowhere was the following information made available, either on the publisher's web site, nor on Amazon, so let me tell you... This "book" consists of a mere 48 pages. The actual writing is scarce. I believe the first paper I wrote in 5th grade had more words than this "book." If you're a fan of large, pretty pictures, and artistic drawings, you may be happy with this. And while all the profits are going to charity, I would have paid twice as much for something that gave us more insight into the actress, Lalla Ward, and her time on Doctor Who. This "Time Capsule" is going on my shelf, and will soon be forgotten.
