Nolo's Essential Guide to Divorce 5th Edition

This really is an essential guide for anyone who is contemplating divorce or who has a simple divorce and wants to do it themselves. You can look up the issues that may arise in your case and find the information that applies to your circumstances.

Haven't had it long but have learned so much already. NOLO is a great resource. I have used their material for rental properties for years.

I am an attorney although I don't specialize in Family Law. I loaned out my Nolo divorce book so I order another or so I thought. My old book (2015) had a CD with template of forms and a sample MSA. This is a must have for doing a divorce or a family member's uncontested divorce like I am trying to do. Very disappointed with the book. It will be going back. Shame on you Amazon! I don't even see a replacement to order on your website....Ebay is my next stop....I have always sworn by Nolo legal books but not this time....

based on the chapter i read on kindle it is very good. Shipping and handling based on the delivery date posted is not attractive
