Awesome Product
Where you rely on your customers to rate you it is so important to here from the company you purchased the product from. Thank youfor that. This product is great. I have done scratch art before but it was so hard to get the top layer off it actually messed up the picture. Where as this product from Lago is a softer scratch art. I have also purchased the Lago Scratch Art Pen. Thanks for a great product.

Good Image.... terrible tool
I bought this because I wanted to challenge myself with a different art form. It was great until I had to hold the scratch pen for a long period of time. The design of the scratch tool is not very ergonomic and hurt my hand plus it was very hard to get the tiny areas. I ended up using a glass etching pen and that worked. If they change the scratch tool, I'd have given it 5 stars

I absolutely love it! I purposely bought the Cologne one because ...
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love it! I purposely bought the Cologne one because it looked difficult and super intricate and it's been a challenge.It's taken me a week to complete it. I was debating whether I should buy a separate scratch pen but the one provided with this product worked really well. I'll definitely buy another one of these!

HARD TO DO
Haven't decided to give as gift for reasons below on other items of same I purchased.Ok but not for young children. Lines are hard to follow on the more intricate parts. If you push to hard you might expose white witch doesn't look good. Wish I had tried before I bought so many for my grandchildren to do on a long flight. Wish I had bought the plain ones fit the ones under age 8. Even 11 & 14 year old didn't stick with it 😟

The scratch paper is okay but the wooden scratch pen ...
The scratch paper is okay but the wooden scratch pen came damaged and broken in half. I have no tools to scratch the paper and have to buy the scratch pen now.

Lots of fun!!!!
This is the second night view I have purchased and I love it! You have to work slow in order to get the picture right. I'm not so sure about the tool that's provided..on the smaller parts I have to use a needle. What I would like to see is more views .Maybe San Francisco bridge. More cities of USA!! I also love the envelope!
