Love this adapter
Love this adapter, it has made astrophotography a lot more easier than hoping that you got one perfect picture holding it yourself. Although I wish the padding for the eyepieces was rubber and here’s why.It slips on glossy or more antique eyepieces, and for for the most part stays in place on the non painted eyepieces like metal, or your industrial strength plastic eyepieces. But other than that flaw it is a great piece of equipment. Even comes with wired remote and works with the iPhone lightning-adapter if you an iPhone 7 or up.

You get what you pay for.
I found this item to be very heavy and clucky to use. It took me an hour to finally set up without it slipping or causing my az mount to slip out of range. Give yourself plenty of time to get to know this beast. Set up was a royal pain.

It does what it says, but it's not fully honest. It's HARD to get this thing aligned with a telescope eyepiece. During the day it's easy enough. But when all you have is a tiny image of Saturn in a telescope and not an eyepiece full of light, yeah it's hard. I still love the thing. iPhone Astrophotography is a great inexpensive way to get Kids interested and makes for an amazing Science fair project.

Perfect for viewing insects
The media could not be loaded. I actually love this. I saw some mixed reviews and many people said it was hard to get adjusted. However, from the time I opened the box to the time I took a pic was probably 5min. I slid the phone in and secured it, attached it to one of my eye pieces, slid the phone up a bit and my field popped into view. It looks like a circle when you first start, but on my iPhone I just started to zoom a little and it brought it to full screen. I’ve attached pictures pre and post zoom. It’s perfect for what I wanted.**Update 4/2/2018**Just used this while making a couple videos, had no issues in touching it while it was in the stand. Love this thing!

Save money and research first
Just as clumsy as the others, but much better quality, finally got what I wanted by merging it with another device with questionable quality, it will due till I get the new device from amazon that does away with the clumsy adjustment arms.

Works with iPhone 7 Plus and Nikon Alphaphot YS Microscope
This definitely works with a standard laboratory microscope. Great alternative to more expensive products out there. It does take a bit of time to focus the lens of your phone camera with the ocular, but once you get the perfect alignment, you're good to go for the rest of the day--just don't move the set up.It is compatible with an iPhone 7 Plus (don't use a cell phone case). There are three adjustment knobs that help secure the mount in place, allowing for a very custom set up. There are rubber grips and cushions to help protect and grip your phone and microscope.

Ok product.
The product holds my phone well but came to me with the phone gripper ripped. Beside that works like it should. The shutter controller work also

With a couple of mods, it is awesome!
It was as advertised, and I was able to mount it on my scope with a small modification to the pads. I ended up removing the rubber pads and replacing them with felt pads to keep the mount from sticking to my eyepiece. I also had to make a small cut in the rubber grip that holds the phone, to accommodate the power button, otherwise, it kept trying to shut it off. I give it a 5 star rating, even with the modification, because they were deficiencies in my equipment that I had to make allowances for, not the frame's fault.

Para microscopio, distancia ocular iPhone
Si se utiliza con un microscopio, no se puede araglar la distancia entre ocular e iPhone, para tener una imagen correcta.

Best of the bunch!
I ordered a number of these phone adapters to see which one was best. This is one of the best of the low-cost adapters I tried. It grips the eyepiece and the phone very well. All the other adapters I tried had an issue in one of those areas. The only minor issue with this adapter is that the little rubber tabs that grip the phone can end up pressing the volume buttons on the side of your phone. Obviously, this depends on the model of phone you have, but I found I needed to be very careful to position the phone so the tabs would not press on the buttons. Other than that, this is a very solid, well designed adapter. A tip, that a lot of people seem to miss, is to not get the eyepiece too close to your phone - you need to back it away a bit to see the full image circle produced by the telescope.

could be a good item
Got this device for my binoculars - date delivered as advertised- to attach my iPhone to>>>good luck with that. Material is painted black metal with good foam rubber bracing to protect your scope eyepiece when securing it with a top thumb screw. The place to slide the phone into has to be set wide enough or the side rubber supports move around and can get warped out of shape. Best to NOT tighten too hard but just screw it snug enough that the phone will not move around while trying to get the phone camera lens lined up with the scope or binocular eyepiece. Still have not seen anything through the iPhone camera lens yet...will keep trying and report back.

Great quality
Super strong metal material. Comes with shutter button that makes things so much easier. Really great product. I'm so happy it fit my binoculars! I have super large binoculars meant for stargazing and the eyepiece has flip out cups to shield from any light entering them. Those eye cups on my binoculars almost made this product not fit properly, but I was able to manipulate it in a certain way to make it possible to use this. I'd recommend this product. Came super fast and is super cheap, and is metal so it won't break or wear down.

Tricky
Bought it to use to take pic of planets. Works well in full day light for landscape pics but at night tricky to get it lined up and focused even on a full moon. I do not think it is the products fault totally - I am new at it and am still learning. Think it will do what I want once I am have more experience with it at night.
