Needs improvement
Ordered two batteries...the first one the case was split apart....used a little super glue..went thru the charger ok and have been using it....the second one....also the case came apart... ran it thru the charger....it failed and started leaking some sort of fluid......am happy with the one that works but will say that the QC of these items needs to be improved upon greatly.....the design of the cases needs to be re-engineered... they are simply too weak, thin, of the wrong material....they just don't make products like they did in the good old days.....

Total Crap
Bought 2, luckily I was able to return the first since it was in the 30 day window. The other went out after 2 months after light use. Stick with OEM batteries

Works great with my P100/P101 Series 18v Ryobi tools even though it does not mention it in the descriptionno issues so far and has plenty of powerSadly at this time I am unable to confirm the claims of 4.0Ah, I will continue using it to see if it outlasts my Ni-CD batteriesMake sure your battery charger is made for Lithium Batteries, *DO NOT USE your original Ni-CD battery chargeryou will more than likely have to purchase a Lithium Battery charger for this, I used and tested the efluky universal charger for Lithium and Ni-CD (that charger can charge both)will update if any issues arise*Still working great after almost 2 months of off and on use
