The toothbrushes are great. i originally had them plugged in full time and it wasn't necessary.. the battery last super long and i find that i don't have to charge it but once a month as it holds a charge so long.. they are great toothbrushes. Even better, the customer service from the company is impeccable - as when i first thought i had an issue - they responded and followed up multiple times to make sure i was enjoying the toothbrushes and they were to my satisfactory. I highly recommend buying from this company and the toothbrushes are a great purchase as well.

It's a great little brush. I wish that it would have come with a little more information, though. The unit doesn't fit snug in the charging unit , which seems a bit odd. When recharging, the unit seemed hot to the touch... I'm not sure if ithat's normal?

I have only had this toothbrush for a few days and I can absolutely say that I'm liking it so far. It comes with a charging station that has a USB cord, a gargling cup, and two toothbrush heads with covers. The toothbrush it's self as 3 modes.. Cleaning mode which removes more plaque than a manual toothbrush.. then you have Relieved mode which is designed for teeth or gums sensitive person.. over all its a great product 5*****

Absolutely love this thing and so worth the cost!!!! It does make my lips a little numb for a few minutes after, but this thing makes my teeth feel great! It came in a super nice box, (made me thnk I bought something from Tiffany's!) It come with a charging pad, 5 additional brush heads and a storage cup.This toothbrush is definitely not your normal electric toothbrush.

This electric toothbrush is very easy to charge and use. I received very prompt customer service from NEWSTAR when the package I received did not have as many replacement heads as described in the listing and they sent me four more replacement heads. I definitely recommend this product.

I have had a variety of electric tootbrushes over the years, and this is by far the best. I really like the fact that the charge lasts for at least 30 days. Well worth the money.

Bight the bullet and pay more for a name brand. I hate how every once in awhile I get stung by these Chinese companies who produce marginal product and then send waves of good reviews. Who calls a dentist the tooth doctor in the US? Wonkey way to charge, in a plastic cup. I went to purchase replacement brushes, they only have black brushes on Amazon. I bought a pink and white one for my mom. The pink one works great and It runs on a single charge for well over a month. The white one came defective but we didn’t realize till after the return date. My mom just assume it was a weaker toothbrush due to the price point. The white one makes a weird sound and the tooth brush head doesn’t not vibrate. The battery also does not last for more than a couple days.
