We are really wish you can have a great purchase experience, We would like to provide some tips for installing: When you received the screen, please check the screen and the flex cable whether in good condition. Before installing please must turn off your phone, and please don't bend the cable in a wrong way. Because of the screws have long and short, so please do remember the screw's location and don't put it on the wrong place, or it will damaged the screen. If you are not a professionalist, please watching the installation video on Youtube before you replace the screen. It will teach you how to relace it. If your phone meet some problems like cannot turn on,touch insensitive, flash, lines on screen etc, please follow below steps: 1.Please check the LCD to make sure the flex cables are in good condition and there are no debris on the connectors.2.Disconnect and reconnect the flex cables from the motherboard side. 3.Then Reboot: Hold buttons (Home, Up volume, and Power button) untill the phone switch down and then switch up again. 4.Leave the phone alone for a while in a dry environment. Get a better product
I ordered this product a month ago but I've been too busy to try and install it prior to the return period. That being said, i can't hold them accountable for my inability to try to install it within the given return period. However, it does not excuse the product from not fitting my phone at all. None of the connectors it came with fit back into the sockets on the main board, and other internal components screw holes no not line up. That being said, if you order this product then try to install it earlier in the return period so you can do so.

Well it actually did what it supposed to do. But now my phone doesn’t work properly. I can only use my phone via speaker. Not happy. Not sure what to do.

I item was defective putting on I ordered iPhone 6s Plus and It had a chip and fits awkward it is already on my phone now I have to order another one..... not fair

I was satisfied for the look of product but not when it was functionability.
The product looks good and intact but when replaced the old screen to this one the left upper corner is dark.
