Bought these Skechers golf shoes primarily on the basis that they were advertised as being waterproof. I was also attracted to the brand as I thought they would be comfortable and durable.Delivery etc was efficient after ordering so no issues with that.First time wearing these shoes I was playing 9 holes of golf on a sunny, dry early morning. There was some dew on the grass but there had been no rain so overall the conditions were very fair.Alas after about 3 or 4 holes I started to feel that water was getting into the shoes and my feet were becoming wet. I had been walking on the fairways or the first cut of light rough. At the end of 9 holes my feet were soaking wet. See photos. The water seemed to be getting in around the tongue on both sides. Obviously not designed or built to be waterproof so I returned them immediately for a refund, which I am still waiting to be returned to my bank account.Such a shame because I think they would have been comfortable but they are useless if you want your feet to remain dry.

Very disappointed, after wearing for about 12 rounds the uppers are separating from the sole and the finish on the uppers is cracking and peeling. Have contacted Skechers and will update review with how they resolve. Skechers agreed to deal with problem but asked that I contacted the retailer Hotgolf for quicker resolution. Hotgolf were great, they reviewed the pics of the shoes and issued a credit to me. Would be very happy to buy from Hotgolf again, but wouldn't be rushing to buy Skechers golf shoes.

As a keen golfer, it is important to have decent footwear for walking around the course. I already own a few pairs of Skechers shoes an trainers, so I knew what to expect when I got these golf shoes, at least I thought I did. They are, without doubt, THE most COMFORTABLE golf shoes that I have EVER owned!! I would go as far as saying, it is like playing golf in your slippers, although that would be a bad idea, you may get some strange looks in the clubhouse! Well done Skechers, I have NO hesitation in recommending these golf shoes to the either the budding pro, or the happy hacker. TEN OUT OF TEN!

These shoes in the picture show a twist dial lace system but they are just ordinary lace up shoes when I got them very misleading.

These shoes are extremely comfortable but started to show wear and tear at the front and the sole has started to come away from the uppers near my little toeThey are no longer waterproof which is disappointing as I only wear them when it’s wet ( I have other skeechers unspiked shoes which are great) and I only play occasionally in wet conditions.I ordered them on 19/10/21so they are just out of guarantee so it’s a shame
